Aluminium
Extrusions cut, machined, polished, anodised, painted and sub-assembled
to suit most requirements. Numerous
saws allow us to cut to lengths between 10mm to 3000mm and Mitre
between 0° and 90°
Specialised and standard
tools allows us to offer simple and complex punching and machining
including CNC.
Polishing consists of four
automatic flat beds and six hand polishing machines.

Our anodising plant allows
us to process any length between 10mm & 3400mm in a variety of
finishes including Bright, Etch, Bright and Matt. Anodised coatings
between AA5 and AA25 can be applied and finally colouring either
by gold or brass organic dyes or a tin based electrolytic coating
which can give a range of colours from bronze to black.
Our powder coating system
has been designed to enable us to powder coat large quantities of
small to medium size aluminium or steel products. This system incorporates
the latest technology, coupled to our bespoke tracking system, and
specially designed jigs, enable us to offer the very highest standards
in painted finishes, at the same time as offering highly competitive
prices. Stock colours are whites, blacks, greys and sandstone but
we do offer all RAL & B.S. standard colours.
The packing and final
inspection dept. has been arranged to ensure that all aspects of
the finished product meets the very highest standards.
